Since the secret realm had a world inside it, Feng Lin felt extremely uncomfortable to be wearing a diving suit. He swiftly stripped the suit off and instantly felt much more relaxed after feeling the cool breeze in the air.

“Come!” Seeing that the Kappa was clearly taking him as its prey, Feng Lin smiled and made a beckoning gesture.

It was as though the Kappa felt it was being slighted. Its eyes turned bloodshot as it let out a series of jarring howls. It then leaped up into the air like a frog and slashed its claws toward Feng Lin. A jet of smelly green-colored liquid sprayed out from its mouth; it was clearly filled with vile poison.

Although Feng Lin didn’t fear it, he didn’t wish to let that disgusting stuff touch him.

The Kappa only felt a sharp sword piercing its brain. It convulsed violently and howled in agony.

“Eh?” Feng Lin discovered that the Kappa’s body actually turned into a puff of black qi that rapidly vanished, leaving behind an oily green pearl that looked extremely bizarre.

He walked over and just as he wanted to pick it up, a swishing sound echoed.

A moving thing resembling a limb slithered over swiftly, moving through the underbrush.
